Refund & Download Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are delivered digitally as downloadable PDF files. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

When We May Issue a Refund or Replacement

We want you to receive the product you paid for. Please contact us if:

• The file is corrupted or will not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received the wrong product.
• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

When possible, we may provide a replacement file, corrected download link, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Buyer’s remorse.
• Accidental purchases after the file has been delivered.
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Compatibility issues unrelated to the PDF file itself.
• Requests made after the support window has passed.

Download Access

Guest download links remain active for 3 days after purchase.

If you create an account, your purchased downloads will remain available in your account unless the product is removed, discontinued, or access is limited due to technical, legal, or security reasons.

We recommend downloading and saving a backup copy of your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.
