What You Receive

When you purchase a printable book, you receive access to a digital PDF file that can be downloaded and printed for personal use.

Unless a product page states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Files are available only after successful payment. Once payment is completed, your download access will be provided by email, through your account, or both.

File Format

Our printable books are usually provided as PDF files.

You are responsible for making sure your device, software, printer, and internet connection can open, download, save, and print PDF files.

We recommend using an up-to-date PDF reader and saving a backup copy of your purchased file.

Guest Downloads

If you check out as a guest, your download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Guest download links remain active for 3 days after purchase.

If your guest download link expires, please contact us with your order information and we will help you regain access when possible.

Account Downloads

If you create an account, your purchased downloads may remain available in your account while you are signed in.

Account access is provided as a convenience, but you should still download and save a backup copy of your files.

We do not guarantee that account downloads will remain available forever. Products may be updated, discontinued, removed, or restricted for technical, legal, security, or business reasons.

Email Delivery

Download emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order.

If you do not receive your download email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us for support.

Printing

Printable books are intended for personal printing at home or through a personal-use print service.

You may print the purchased file for your own personal use or for use within your household.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, you may not print copies for resale, redistribution, classroom sets, business use, organization use, events, giveaways, or client work.

Page counts, supply notes, recommended paper sizes, and other printing details are listed on each product page when applicable.

Color and Print Differences

Printed colors may look different from what you see on your screen. Differences can happen because of monitor settings, printer settings, ink, paper type, and print quality.

We are not responsible for printer issues, ink usage, paper waste, color variation, or problems caused by third-party print services.

Download Problems

Please contact us if:

Your file will not open.
Your download link does not work.
You received the wrong file.
Your file appears corrupted.
You entered your email correctly but did not receive your download email.

We may provide a replacement file, corrected download link, or other support depending on the issue.

Product Updates

We may update or revise digital products from time to time.

A purchase does not guarantee access to future versions, updates, expansions, bonus materials, or revised editions unless the product page specifically says they are included.

Personal Use License

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to download and print the product for your own use.

You do not own the copyright to the product.

You may not share, resell, upload, copy, redistribute, modify for resale, or claim the product as your own.
